Alana knew the career path she wanted to take, even while she was still at school!  She began in the dog and cat daycare and kennelling industry by volunteering her time while she still attended high school.

She then went on to study her Certificate in Animal Care and Certificate in Animal Welfare Investigations then set out to join the industry full time.

After spending a number of years working in the daycare and kennelling industry, Alana then went on to study and complete a Certificate in Dog Psychology and Training.

When Alana’s not at Central Bark, she is spending time with her dog Eden, taking her to parks and beaches and also reading.

“I am Alana and this is my dog, Eden.  Dogs have always been my passion!  I have always loved the daycare environment and that you constantly learning more about the animals in your care.  I ensure that the time I get to spend with cats and dogs is spent enriched and balanced”.
